All our prices are shown either in Mexican pesos or US currency (if selected) through the site, once you are at the Check Out, prices will be displayed in Mexican pesos.

1. Payments

Shopping at Carmen Moguel is totally safe!

We accept ALL Credit and Debit cards and, for your TOTAL security, we do so through the highly protected and encrypted platforms of PayPal and Mercado Pago. Thanks to the above, your payment information reaches these providers directly and exclusively without being seen by someone else, including us. This high level of protection and confidentiality of your information makes shopping at Carmen Moguel extremely safe.

Both PayPal and Mercado Pago are accredited and authorized platforms to carry out secure payment operations at an international level.

For your safety and comfort, we accept the following forms of payment:

  • All Credit and Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Payments made via Deposit / Transfer and at OXXO branches. For the above, it will be necessary to send the receipt to the email: contacto@carmenmoguel.com or contact the phone: + 52 55 4491 3427 to speed up the processing of the order.

2. Exchanges and Returns

Return Policy

Once the payment has been made, no cancellations or cash returns can be made.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the jewelry purchased, you have 15 days, after the delivery of your order, to do the following:

  1. Write to us, explaining the situation and requesting the change for some other existing jewel to the email: contacto@carmenmoguel.com
  2. Send us the ticket or purchase confirmation by mail
  3. Send us the part back. It will not be necessary that we have already received your piece within 15 days, it will be enough for you to send us a photo of the proof of shipment showing that you sent it within said period. Your shipment must be insured with your parcel provider since, if your piece is stolen, lost or mistreated in transit, we will not be able to replace it or make the change.

The shipping and insurance costs of the package on returned orders will be absorbed by the customer and will not be reimbursed.

By policy, after 15 business days after the delivery of your order, no product can be exchanged.

* In jewelery with a discount, special pieces or from previous seasons, no exchange or refund can be made.

3. Repairs and Warranty

If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact Customer Service immediately and send us a photo of the product, as well as your proof of purchase.
If the clarification is appropriate, the Carmen Moguel brand will cover both the shipment of the part from the buyer to our workshops, as well as the shipment of the product to the customer with the repaired part as soon as possible. In case of not having another piece similar to the one acquired, available alternatives of equivalent value will be proposed to the customer.
Carmen Moguel offers a 30-day guarantee from the date of delivery of your order on items that present any defect manufacturing. After our 30-day warranty, part repairs may cost. Send us an email to contacto@carmenmoguel.com to quote your repair.
Amber in all its presentations has no guarantee.

We have a free lifetime guarantee on yarn-woven items that have broken due to natural wear and tear. This, as long as the client returns all the original stones and pieces that make it up. In case there is a shortage, it will be charged separately. Transportation costs will be absorbed by the client.

We do not make repairs to parts that are not from the Carmen Moguel firm.

4. Special Orders

If you have a Special Order or require a Custom Part, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to hear from you and we will do everything possible to help you!

In these cases, delivery times are different from the rest of our products since it depends on our stock of materials, as well as our craftsmen and design processes, but rest assured that we will do our best.
