Shipping Policy

  • We ship to the entire Mexican Republic and the rest of the World.
  • The national shipping service to the entire Mexican Republic is carried out through a recognized provider of parcel shipments and has a cost of $ 165.00 pesos.
  • For domestic shipments, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. However, due to the current global contingency, delivery delays of up to 10 business days may occur.
  • For payments made via deposit / transfer or OXXO, the delivery time is valid for orders paid before 12:00 PM. Please send the receipt to the email: contacto@carmenmoguel.com to speed up the order processing.
  • Once an order is in the hands of the parcel provider, we trust them to arrive as soon as possible. But we cannot safely set the time or day.
  • For international shipments, shipping to the United States has an approximate cost of $ 800 pesos (USD 40) and for any part of the world an approximate cost of $ 1,500 pesos (USD 75) depending on the weight. Shipments outside of Mexico are made through DHL, UPS or FEDEX, among others.
  • For International shipments, contact us at +52 55 4491 3427 from 10am to 6pm (Mexico City downtown time) or by email: contacto@carmenmoguel.com to help you and confirm the cost and delivery conditions depending on the country.
  • Once the order is placed, it takes us 2-4 business days to get it ready before delivering it to the parcel provider. In case we take more time, due to availability of materials, we will let you know.
  • Check that all the shipping address information is correct and complete, since the success of your delivery depends on this.
  • The Carmen Moguel brand does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
  • To place Gift orders, when making the purchase, send us an email to contacto@carmenmogul.com specifying your request and, if necessary, provide the address to which the product will be sent, as well as your wish or not that this gift carries a special note. These products will be sent without a visible price and with a special packaging.
  • The parcel company is obliged to deliver the package to the address provided by the customer, if the customer is not available at the time of delivery of the order, it may be received by another person. At Carmen Moguel, we are not responsible if someone other than the buyer receives the package.
  • If when the product is delivered, there is no one available to receive it, a second delivery will be made. This second delivery will be made a few hours later or sometime the next day. In the event that in the second delivery there is no person available to receive it, it will be taken to a collection center.
  • The parcel company will contact the customer and he will have to pick up the product at a collection center, or he may request another delivery at an additional cost.
